Jack Guignard, President
Since 1967, Jack has traveled the state assisting contractors of various sizes and types with their bonding requirements. In 1977, Jack formed Guignard Company and has worked diligently in applying his underwriting skills and uncompromising integrity to assist contractors in establishing long lasting relationships. His competition once termed him "The Witch Doctor."

M. Gary Francis, Senior Vice President
Gary has been involved in construction bonding for more than 30 years. Gary trained at the home office level of a national surety and spent seven years working with contractors on their bonding needs throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. Since transferring to Florida in 1977, Gary has been a part of the success of many contractors throughout the state. His analytical capabilities are underscored by his ability to coordinate the functions of contractor, accountant, and surety.

Bryce Guignard, Vice President
Bryce began with Guignard Company in 1988 as an inside underwriter. In 1996 he was appointed Vice President with expanded management and production responsibilities. He has lived in Central Florida most of his life, graduating from Bishop Moore and Rollins College. He has attended numerous surety seminars and has lobbied state and federal representatives on behalf of the construction and surety industries. |

Paul Ciambriello, Vice President
Paul began his surety career in 1985 training at the home office level of a large national surety company. In 1994, he transferred to Florida to establish a branch office for the emerging contractor division of the nation's second largest surety. Paul has established many alliances with surety, accounting, and banking professionals, which will continue to add value to the surety relationship and maximize bonding potentials for all construction clients.

Margie Morris, Vice President
Margie, a native Floridian, holds a Master's degree in business with an undergraduate degree in finance. She has spent more than half her career at the company level of a leading surety company working with emerging and large contractors throughout Florida. Using her analytical skills, understanding the client's business and project scope, Margie has been able to assist many contractors in expanding their business. She is an active member of the ABC and AGC Association and served as Vice President of the Florida Surety Association. She has performed bonding seminars for the M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Building Construction at the University of Florida and Florida Department of Transportation.

April Lively, Account Executive
April's bonding career began in 1975 working for a local insurance agency that specialized in contract bonds. She expanded her knowledge of this industry while working in the capacity of Customer Representative, Bond Processor, Agency Accounting Specialist, and was promoted to the position of Account Executive. April excels in this "fast pace" business through various educational pursuits including an industry recognized, national designation in Fidelity and Surety bonding.

Jennifer McCarta, Account Executive
Jennifer has been a key member of the Guignard Team since 1997, playing an important role by providing extraordinary customer service. Jennifer's work ethic and commitment to personal growth make her a respected member of the Guignard Team. Along with her "Can Do Attitude", Jennifer's professional background, in publishing and education, give her a wealth of experience to draw from. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English, no spell check for her.
